Lee Johnson


A native of Minnesota, Lee Johnson always felt the call of warmer weather and the vacation lifestyle. It wasn’t long after college graduation he landed on the shores of Kaanapali Beach in Maui, Hawaii and landed his first gig marketing Marriott’s Maui Ocean Club along the beach walk. A few short months and plenty of sunburn and wind burn later, he earned his way into the sales office to become a member of the most successful sales office in the company’s history. In 2011, he joined Wyndham Vacation Ownership as a Sales Rep in Sevierville, Tennessee and worked his way up to the Senior In-House Director role in Destin, Florida.

Along the way working for these prestigious vacation ownership companies, Lee started to believe that there was a better way. It was a conviction so strong that in 2015, he took the leap to start Premier Resorts Group (formerly Harbour Partners). Taking the culture and “Aloha Spirit’ of his days with Marriott and marrying them with his years of face-to-face sales and leadership with Wyndham, he created the values that is Premier Re- sorts Group (PRG) today. Through Lee’s leadership, PRG prides itself on its strong partnerships with each resort partner and its consistency in delivering compliant, forthright sales and marketing strategies to several legacy resorts.

Lee is now a proud resident of Destin, Florida. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University where he was a 4-year member of the university golf team. When he’s not working, you can find him shuttling his 12-year-old daughter to hip hop dance competitions or traveling with his 9-year-old son to baseball, golf and basketball tournaments.

Phil Ford

Member Services Director

With 15 years in the vacation ownership industry, Phil counts the past two with PRG as his best, because of the changed emphasis from sales to customer satisfaction and putting the owner in control. That says a lot about the kind of guy Phil is. The son of a Navy Chaplain, Phil has lived all over the U.S. and abroad, but his down-to-earth values are rooted in his original family farm and his Eagle Scout days. 

Phil spent the first part of his career in vacations at Wyndham, opening properties, guiding owners, and building a “client first” reputation. He is often quoted as saying: “In life, it is really about doing the right thing.”

Phil names his hero as his mother, who is 93, lives on her own, and uses every tech device known to man. She must have passed her tech skills down to his grown sons, who both work in IT in Texas. An avid boater and fisherman, Phil’s loves to tell people that from his dock near Destin, FL, he can go anywhere in the world (as long as his red fox lab, Harper, is with him)!

Belinda Nagy

Operations Director

Everyone at PRG knows: if you need something done, go to Belinda! She’s the oil that keeps the wheels on. And it’s no surprise she’s good at her job – she’s been in the vacation customer service world since age 16 when she spent summers as a concierge service coordinator in Atlantic Beach, NC.

Now, she brings her high expectations for service to set the bar at PRG, handling everything from contracts to member services to payroll. Belinda has a knack for quickly creating a lasting impression on people, so if you ever get to chat with Belinda, don’t be surprised if you find yourself walking away smiling.

Fun fact: Belinda initially began her degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for nursing, but changed course after working at a bank and being drawn to accounting and business administration (and we are so glad!).

Belinda grew up in Eastern North Carolina, and now lives in a small beach town near Emerald Isle, NC with her two dogs, Jack and Bella and her horse, Hank. She loves traveling to Texas to spend time with her sister and niece, and to Pittsburgh and Ohio to see her extended family. In the fall, you’re likely to find her cheering on a football game.

Jami Lawless

Marketing Director

Jami has a true love for travel and more than ten years in the vacation ownership industry, she has found her calling helping others find their “home” away from home with Premier Resorts Group. She has lived in 6 different states and traveled the world to places like Poland, Guam, Germany, and Mexico.

Jami worked alongside Lee at Wyndham and it was a natural fit to join forces at PRG. Here, her role is to build and manage the team that delights each of our guests and helps them understand the perks of vacation ownership (Her favorite? Feeling at home no matter where you are in the world!).

Before her time at Wyndham, Jami spent ten years in the real estate/real estate investment industry. She firmly believes that surrounding yourself with people who are smart, fast, and wise is how you continue to grow as a leader.

An Oklahoma native, she now resides in Texas with her husband and dog Jack O’Leary, connecting often with their four grown kids and three grandchildren.  Many of her favorite spots are right here in the U.S.  New Orleans, Sedona, Santa Fe, St. Augustine, FL and Glenwood Springs, to name a few!
